2026 IRWA Spring Conference Exhibitors!

If you DO NOT already have a reserved booth(s) as per the Exhibit Hall map - do not register for a booth.
You may still attend by registering for a Professional Pass or register for a booth in Exhibit Hall 2.0.
This option will also allow you to include the $100 non-refundable booth deposit for the 2027 Spring Conference.
If you DO have a reserved booth as per the Exhibit Hall map - you must still complete the full conference registration process by clicking on the REGISTER NOW! button below.
REGISTRATION
Please review the Exhibitor Information Packet before you begin your registration. IMPORTANT! All conference registrations (including the cost of your booth(s)) must be paid, in full, by no later than February 6th, 2026. Unpaid invoices will result in the release of your booth space(s). No exceptions. NOTE: If your IRWA Associate Member or Sponsor dues for 2026 have not yet been paid - payment MUST BE received by no later than February 6th, 2026. Any unpaid dues will will result in an adjustment to your conference invoices without the applicable discount(s) and at the Non-Member rate. ($1,295-$1,395 per booth) If you are an IRWA Diamond, Sapphire, or Opal Sponsor: As a benefit of your sponsorship, you receive one discounted booth per calendar year. If you would like to utilize this benefit, please reach out to Morgan before registering. You will receive a specialized registration package for your use.
