TAKE ACTION: Send A Letter of Support for IRWA!
IRWA annually meets with Idaho's Congressional Delegation to demonstrate the value of our Association's programs and to share insight on Idaho's most pressing industry issues. As a member of IRWA, we are requesting a minute of your time to write a letter of support sharing your positive experience with our Association. Your story is incredibly impactful to sharing the value of IRWA to our state's highest lawmakers. If IRWA provided you with a positive experience that saved your system money, time, and stress, we encourage you to share that with our representatives.
Send your letter of support today!
Not sure where to start? Consider including the following in your letter:
- Basic information about your system (number of residents, location of your community, etc.)
- Name of the IRWA staff member who assisted you
- Details of the service IRWA provided (ex: leak detection, line location, sludge judging, hydrant flushing, certification tutoring, asset management, etc.)
- Cost savings to your system - how much the service would have cost without IRWA
- Benefits to your staff and/or to residents depending on your sytem
- Any personal notes you'd like to include about the Association
