About IRWA's Posting Service

Free for IRWA Members
Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) offers a no cost RFQ posting service to support members in procuring qualified professional services for public works projects. This service helps members efficiently share Requests for Qualifications with a broad, relevant audience while maintaining compliance with applicable procurement requirements.

What Can Be Posted
Members may submit RFQs for professional services related to public works projects, including but not limited to:
  • Engineering and design services
  • Construction management
  • Materials testing and special inspection services
  • Planning, environmental, or technical consulting
  • Other professional services customarily procured through a qualifications based process
Cost
There is no charge for members to post RFQs on our website.

How the Posting Works
  1. Submit an RFQ document and basic project information.
  2. Association staff review the submission for completeness and clarity.
  3. The RFQ is posted on our website for the designated posting period.
  4. Interested firms contact the member directly using the information provided in the RFQ.
IRWA does not evaluate qualifications, participate in selection, or manage communications between members and respondents.
