The 2025 IRWA Fall Conference will be held October 1st & 2nd at the Best Western Univeristy Inn at 1516 Pullman Road Moscow, Idaho 83843

WE NEED MORE GOLFERS!!!

Golf Fundraiser Event on Tuesday, September 29th

The Tony Elfering Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament Fundraiser will be held at Circling Raven Golf Club, 38530 S Nukwalqw St, in Worley.

11:00 AM Check-In ~ 12:00 PM Shotgun Start

Circling Raven Golf Club, is an 18-hole, par 72 course acclaimed as a “Top 100” course by every major golf publication in the U.S. The Gene Bates designed course is home to the Circling Raven Championship, and an Epson Tour “Road to the LPGA’’ event, held annually in August.


Cost is $640 per team or $160/person which includes greens fees, use of Circling Raven Practice Facility, GPS carts during round(s) and no-host roaming beverage cart. Lunch is on your own. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the competition.

Note, we need to have 80 golfers to have a shotgun start!
Please invite your friends, family, and coworkers to also participate!

You do not have to be an exhibitor or attendee at the Fall conference event in order to play in this tournament!

 HOTEL: Contact the Best Western Univerisity Inn at (208) 882-0550 and mention the Idaho Rural Water Association conference for the group rate. The group rate is $149/night for double queen rooms and $139/night for single king or single queen rooms. Rates listed do not include 8% Idaho state taxes or 5% surcharge.

TRANSPORTATION: The Best Western Univeristy Inn hotel will provide complimentary transportation to and from the Moscow/Pullman Airport.Guests should contact the front desk staff in advance for scheduling or contact the hotel upon arrival at 208-882-0550 Ext. 0. Rental cars are recommended for the Lewiston and Spokane Airports.
